Our VIP code can only be redeemed on regular priced items, it does exclude our Waist trainers

We accept all major credit cards, paypal, paypal invoices, and gift certificates.

Yes we do please have the items ready you would like to purchase and card on hand.
-Do you restock your items?
unfortunately we do not restock our items in order to keep our store up to date with trends.
-Can i modify or cancel my order?
please contact us ASAP we do not cancel orders unfortunately but we will do our best to fix the problem* (refer to returns)
-How long does shipping take?
You have the option to choose your shipping speed our Carrier is USPS we offer Priority Shipping which is 2-3 Business days, and First Class for smaller packages 5-7 business days. this does not include weekends or holidays. your order may take longer if it is ordered on a Friday or during the weekend since our carrier does not ship items those days. We will ship out your item as soon as possible may take 1 day to process and ship.
fyi we ship all shoes in reusable drawstring dust bags.

-Where do i pick up ?
All orders will be ready for pick up at our Putnam location (600 N Prospect Suite B Porterville CA 93257)
orders are usually ready within 1 hour (during business hours) please allow 24 hours if made after store hours.
-if an item is out of stock what will happen?
We will issue you store credit for the item(s) out of stock and a courtesy discount code1
-How do i check the status of my order?
you can email us to check the status of your order, if an order is store pick up we will email you if there is any delays if you do not receive an email within 24 hours your order is ready we only contact you if there are any delays or out of stock items.
-Why did i receive a refund?
your item(s) is out of stock we will email you an explanation along with a return confirmation and a courtesy discount code.
fyi refunds take 5-7 business (does not include weekends) days (depending on bank) to show in your account.
-When will my store pick up order be ready?
online orders are ready within 24 hours unless we contact you through email of any delays or out of stock items, please bring your order confirmation and ID when picking up.
