Online Order Exchanges
if you would like to exchange an item that is Eligable for exchange you will have to pay shipping costs to return to store, exchanges must be received before 14 days.
If it is an even exchange we will ship item free of charge If the item is not available when return is processed you will get a credit code and will responsible for paying shipping charges on new item(s). When your return is processed an email will be sent with a Store credit code that expires in 90 days
if we made a mistake and shipped you an incorrect size or style please email us to email@example.com we will pay return shipping and ship you your item once incorrect order is received
You will receive an email once your returned items have been processed. Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. inventory is subject to change Out of stock items will be refunded.
if you purchased in store bring item in as soon as possible with tags attached unworn and with receipt in hand before the 14th day to exchange or receive store credit. if it is passed the 14th day we will not be able to exchange. Inventory is subject to change we will issue you store credit if an item(s) out of stock.
items that are exchanged for store credit expire in 30 days.
